These terms and conditions (Terms) apply to the Tunemeet.com (Service) website, that is developed and administrated by TuneMeet.com (Service Provider). Additionally the Privacy Policy extends these terms and conditions. The use and access of the Service, requires that the user must read, understand, agree to and obey these Terms. The user agrees these Terms by continuing to use the Service and when first signing up to the Service. The Service may contain links to third-party websites or service, those use their own terms and conditions and are out of the scope of this policy.

Access

The User can access the Service by logging in using the Spotify Authentication. The Service is free to use.

The access to the Service can be denied if the User violates these Terms, laws or in any other way make harm to the Service, it's users or anything else. The Service Provider reserves the right to deny any User's access for any reason.

User's responsibilities and rights

The User must always obey these Terms. Additionally the user must always act reasonably, abide by all laws, and overall act in good taste.

The User has a responsibility to notify the Service Provider if they encounter another user violating these Terms, or making harm to others or the Service.

The User has right to see, receive and ask for deletion of their personal information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer

The Service Provider can't guarantee that the Service is always available or functional. The Service Provider also can't guarantee that other user's always act in good taste.

The Service Provider can't be held liable for anything that happens in the Service, because of the Service or indirectly.
